Our take
The Latin Fiesta is a party night more than a dinner cruise, and on our dinner cruises page it sits with the shows. You sail from King Street Wharf at 7:30pm for about 4 hours 15 minutes, with an international buffet, dessert, tea and coffee, Brazilian dancers, live drums, an all-night DJ, audience participation and prizes. On selected Saturdays, Darling Harbour's 9pm fireworks fall during the cruise.
Know the catches. It is non-refundable, so book only once your plans are fixed. Drinks are extra, sold at the bar. The boat is not wheelchair accessible, and it runs past 11pm. The wharf number comes on your boarding pass, so check it, and the listing asks you to arrive by 7:15pm. It rates around 4.2 from about 60 reviews. Children can come with an adult, but this is a loud, late night out.
