The log
No corrections yet. Nothing has been reported or found since the site went live. When the first entry goes in, it will appear here in this form.

What counts as a correction
A correction is a fact we got wrong. A departure wharf, a season’s start month, a walk’s length, a claim about what’s included. If a reader could have turned up at the wrong place or packed for the wrong weather because of it, it goes in the log.
Routine updates don’t. When a tour’s review count rises, a new tour joins a page, or prices change on Viator, that’s the site doing its job, and the date at the foot of the page shows when it was last checked.
Two grey areas, and how we handle them:
- An operator changes its trip after we wrote the page. That isn’t our error, but if the page was wrong for more than a few days, we log it anyway so readers can see what changed.
- A traveller’s video said one thing and the official source said another. We publish both, and if the official source turns out to be wrong, we log the fix here.
How to report an error
Email the team at hello@sydneysidetours.com. Tell us which page, the sentence that’s wrong, and where you saw the right answer if you have it. A photo of a sign or a link to an official page helps a lot.
We reply within 3 business days. If the page is wrong, we fix it, add an entry here with the date, and say how we found out (“reported by a reader” unless you’d like your name used). If we think the page is right, we’ll tell you why and what we checked.
Something wrong with a booking rather than a page? That goes to Viator or the operator, not to us. Our booking help page lists who to contact.
